Pre-Construction Meeting
The building permit is secured, key materials ordered, and the lot is prepared for construction.

Construction Release
We review all plans and documents together to confirm details before construction begins.
Foundatation Stage
The Post-Tension slab is prepped, underground plumbing is installed, and the lot is rough‑graded.
Framing & Rough-In
Drywall and stucco are installed, trim carpentry is completed, and cabinets, countertops, and interior paint are added.
Trim Stage
We complete rough carpentry, install mechanical systems, build the roof, add insulation and energy seal, and conduct the pre‑drywall inspection.
Finish Stage
We complete the final quality inspection, mortgage inspections, municipal inspections, and install landscaping.
Final Home Stage
Flooring and shower walls are installed, fixtures are set, final paint touch‑ups are completed, flooring and appliances are installed.
The homeowner completes the final orientation and transfers utilities.
After Closing
Keys and remotes are delivered, warranty coverage begins. We provide a 30‑day courtesy follow‑up and an 11‑month warranty review.
